Pocomoke artist wins bird art logo contest

CHINCOTEAGUE -- Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge Manager Louis Hinds announced that Jenny Somers of Pocomoke City, Md., is the winner of the 16th Annual International Migratory Bird Celebration art logo contest.
