Sierra Smith, a senior at Scottsboro High School, has been honored for her achievements in the arts by the Alabama State Council on the Arts. She won the blue ribbon for photography in the 2010 Visual Arts Achievement Program Sponsored by the National Art Education Association, in conjunction with Youth Art Month. http://bit.ly/9NQcIE
